What are your hours?
We're open 24 hours a day Monday through Friday and 7am to 5pm on Saturday. On Sunday we take emergency calls only. Call (818) 993-3352.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license #947437 with the Contractors State License Board. We're bonded and carry workers' compensation insurance. You can check our license at CSLB.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free, and we give you a flat-rate price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the bill. We also give free second opinions.
I dropped jewelry down the drain. Can you get it back?
Often, yes. Stop running water in that sink or tub right away, because more water pushes the item further down the line. Then call us and we'll try to retrieve it from the trap or drain.
Water is gushing from a faucet or pipe. What should I do?
Close the shut-off valve under the fixture first. If that doesn't stop it, close the valve above your water heater, and if water is still running, shut off the main valve to the house. Then call us so we can fix the leak before it causes more damage.
Do you do copper and PEX repipes?
Yes. We repipe homes and buildings in both copper and PEX, and we'll explain the difference in cost before you choose.
Is a tankless water heater worth it?
For many homes, yes. A tankless unit heats water only when you open a tap, so it doesn't spend energy keeping a tank hot, it doesn't run out during back-to-back showers, and it frees up floor space. We work on every brand.
