Problems we fix
- Broken, cracked, offset or collapsed pipe
- Blockages from grease or foreign objects
- Tree roots growing into the line
- Corroded or deteriorated pipe
- Bellied (sagging) sections that hold water and waste
- Leaking joints
Repair, replace or go trenchless
A single broken section can often be repaired on its own. If the line has problems along its length, replacing it is usually the better value. When the line runs under a driveway, patio or mature trees, trenchless pipe lining or pipe bursting may let us replace it without digging a trench.
Commercial and multi-unit sewer lines
We also repair and replace sewer lines for apartment buildings, HOAs and commercial properties. See HOA & property management plumbing.

Questions
Can you repair just part of the line?
Yes, when the rest of the line is in good shape. If we find problems in several places, we'll show you why replacing the line may cost less over time.
What causes sewer lines to fail?
The most common causes are tree roots, age and corrosion in clay and cast-iron pipe, ground movement that shifts or sags the line, and grease building up over years.
