- Spam protection. To stop spam, the request form briefly uses a scrambled version of your IP address to count how many requests come from one visitor. It is not saved with your request.

- To keep records of our work, and to meet business, tax and legal requirements.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.

We keep service requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business and legal records. Requests are stored in our website’s private dashboard and emailed to our business addresses, and only our staff can see them.
